PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

During the Customer's transactions on the website/application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") of Cao Phong LLC, Cao Phong LLC may collect some personal information from the Customer according to the following terms:

1 Scope of information collected:

1.1 To place an order on the Platform (create an order, leave a review comment, contact us...), Customers may be required to provide information, including: Email, Full name, Phone number, address, current location, and other necessary personal information at different times ("Personal Information"). All provided information must be accurate and legal; Cao Phong LLC is not responsible if the Customer's information is inaccurate.

We also collect information that the Customer's web browser uses each time it accesses the Platform, including: IP address, browser type, language used, time, and addresses accessed by the browser.

2 Purpose of using information: The information collected by the Platform from the Customer will be used for the following purposes:

2.1 Order processing: confirming orders by phone/text, notifying about order status and delivery time, confirming order cancellations (if any).

2.2 Sending welcome/thank you letters, introducing new products, new services, or promotional programs of Cao Phong LLC.

2.3 Providing information about product warranties.

2.4 Resolving complaints.

2.5 Providing information about rewards for Customers when winning prizes.

2.7 Surveys to better care for Customers.

2.8 Confirming technical information and Customer information security.

2.9 Cases requested by competent state authorities or required to provide under the law.

2.10 Help guide the way from the Customer's location to the nearest store.

2.11 Supports monitoring, directing the delivery activities of employees, and provides information on the delivery personnel's location to customers. Helps ensure that employees have reached the correct destination for delivery

2.12 Other reasonable purposes to serve the Customer.

3 Data retention period:

Data will be stored until there is a deletion request from the Customer, except where the law prohibits deletion. In all cases, the Customer's personal information will be secured and stored on the Platform's servers.

4 Parties that may access the Customer's Personal Information:

The Personal Information of the Customer is committed to be absolutely confidential by Cao Phong LLC according to this Policy and will only be shared with the following parties for the purposes mentioned in item 2:

4.1 Delivery partners, telecommunications, internet message service providers, financial companies, etc., that Cao Phong LLC cooperates with at different times to perform tasks within the scope mentioned in item 2; and/or

4.2 Other third parties with the consent of the Customer at different times.

5 Processing of Personal Information:

Personal information of the Customer collected through the Customer's activities on the Platform will be stored on a third-party system and secured under the management of Cao Phong LLC.

6 Customer's rights regarding Personal Information: The Customer has full rights as provided by law regarding their Personal Information.

6.1 The Customer has the right to access, modify, or delete Personal Information through the following methods:

a. Log in to the Customer information management page, self-edit, or delete Customer information.

b. Call the hotline 19002628: Cao Phong LLC will assist in adjusting information or deleting information if there is a basis for determining that the personal information provided or requested for modification/deletion is accurate.

c. Leave a comment or provide feedback directly from the Platform; Cao Phong LLC will check the information and contact the Customer to confirm the information and make adjustments/deletions when the information has been fully verified and accurate.

6.2 In addition to exercising the rights regarding Personal Information established on the Platform as mentioned in item 6.1, for other rights, the Customer may send a written request to the email to specify the request. Upon receiving the Customer's request, Cao Phong LLC informs the Customer to consider the limitations, consequences, and potential damages that may occur if the Customer's request is implemented before implementing that request. 7 Unintended consequences, damages that may occur when processing Personal Information:

7.1 Consequences: Personal information disclosed to other entities without the Customer's consent; or third parties may access Personal Information and use it for other purposes without the Customer's consent.

7.2 Potential unintended damages: loss of property; or the dignity, reputation of the Customer is violated.

7.3 Other consequences, damages that Cao Phong LLC cannot foresee due to objective reasons.

8 General provisions:

Cao Phong LLC has the right to amend, update this Policy at any time as necessary, and the updated version will be announced on the Platform and will be dated for the Customer to identify the latest version.
